Accounting

Accounting services include:

  • Processed monthly, quarterly, annually
  • Preparation of financial statements including Profit and Loss Account, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow Statement, Bank Reconciliation Report, Group Consolidated Statement, etc.

Audit

Audit services include:

  • Conducting statutory audit
  • Valuation
  • Internal control review of the client's accounting and management systems
  • Setting up reports and financial statements in relation to mergers and acquisitions, takeovers, litigation and pension funds

taxation

Tax services include:

  • Tax Returns
    • Personal Tax Returns
    • Limited Company Tax Returns
    • Unlimited Company (Sole Proprietorship/Partnership) Tax Returns
  • Postponement and objections
  • Tax Arrangements and Plans
  • Reply to the letter from the Inland Revenue Department

Fair value assessment

Assessment items include:

  • Business mergers & acquisition
  • Asset/goodwill impairment testing
  • Intangible assets
  • Investment properties
  • Leased assets
  • financial instrument
    • Employee stock options
    • Convertible bonds/notes
    • Other derivative financial instruments (futures, options, swaps, interest rate and currency derivatives)

Company Secretary

Company secretarial services include:

  • Prepare and submit the Annual Return on time.
  • Change of business name
  • Change in nature of business
  • Appointment/ Discontinuance of Directors
  • Changes in Directors' Information
  • Change of Company Name
  • Change of Company Address
  • Application for branch business registration

Notes:

  1. The above services do not include government fees.
  2. Provision of the above services up to 2 times
  3. The service date is up to the day before the company's annual incorporation date. If the service is provided for more than 3 times, an individual fee will be charged according to each request.
  4. Other services are billed individually per request.

Incorporation

Incorporation services include:

  • Application for Certificate of Incorporation
  • Application for Business Registration Certificate
  • Memorandum and Articles of Association

Deregistration of companies

Write-off companies are required:

  • The application must be made on the date of the notice of no objection.
  • Complete the deregistration application form

The application requirements are as follows:

  • All shareholder members of a limited company agree to the deregistration of the company
  • The limited company has not yet commenced business or operation, or the company has not been in business or operation for three months prior to the filing of this application.
  • The company has paid off all its debts (no outstanding debts).
  • Limited has not been involved in any legal proceedings
  • The assets of the Company do not contain any immovable property situated in Hong Kong.
  • If a limited company is a holding company, the assets of the company's subsidiaries do not have any immovable property situated in Hong Kong.
  • A limited company is not a company specified in section 749 of the Companies Ordinance (e.g. a bank, an insurance company, a securities company, etc.)
