Deregistration of companies

- Complete the deregistration application form
The application requirements are as follows:
- All shareholder members of a limited company agree to the deregistration of the company
- The limited company has not yet commenced business or operation, or the company has not been in business or operation for three months prior to the filing of this application.
- The company has paid off all its debts (no outstanding debts).
- Limited has not been involved in any legal proceedings
- The assets of the Company do not contain any immovable property situated in Hong Kong.
- If a limited company is a holding company, the assets of the company's subsidiaries do not have any immovable property situated in Hong Kong.
- A limited company is not a company specified in section 749 of the Companies Ordinance (e.g. a bank, an insurance company, a securities company, etc.)
